the Hotel has developed the following strategic goals:
• Identification of plant species in hotel areas.
• Sponsorship of plant species located on the beach located in front of the hotel.
• Labor Inclusion Policy that has allowed us to be pioneers in the employability of people with disabilities in the tourism sector. We currently have two deaf collaborators on our staff (waiter, waitress) and a blind collaborator in the marketing and sales area.
• We sponsor the Esperanza de Vida Foundation “FUNDEVIDA”, through volunteering, donations and recycling of plastic lids.
• We promoted the first employment of teenage mothers from the Juan Felipe Gómez Escobar Foundation.
• We promoted the first employment of young people from the Paper Children Association.
• We are certified with THE CODE seal, since we carry out activities to Prevent the Commercial Sexual Exploitation of Children and Adolescents.
• Donations of linen (sheets and towels) to nursing homes in the city.
• Creation and implementation of the pre-pensioner Program, focused on employees close to retirement; It is created in order to provide skills so that they can adapt and face the new stage of their life in a positive way, discovering or strengthening capabilities and providing entrepreneurship tools.
