Processing to which personal data will be subjected: In general, the processing to which the personal data of the owners will be subjected are: Collection, Storage, use, circulation and deletion.

Processing of personal data without prior authorisation: BC HOTELES S.A – HOTEL ALMIRANTE may process personal data without prior authorisation from the owner in all cases where these are of a public nature and in the other cases indicated in article 10 of Law 1581 of 2012.

Processing of personal data with prior authorisation: BC HOTELES S.A – HOTEL ALMIRANTE only collects and processes personal data with the prior authorisation of the owner and whenever they are necessary, pertinent and appropriate for the purpose for which they are collected.

Purposes of processing: The personal data that BC HOTELES S.A – HOTEL ALMIRANTE collects through its different transactional channels will be used for operation and registration within the regulated functions and purposes. Likewise, BC HOTELES S.A – HOTEL ALMIRANTE may use your personal data to offer you and/or inform you, where appropriate, of other products and/or services provided by the hotel.

In general, the main purposes of the Processing of Personal Data by BC HOTELES S.A – HOTEL ALMIRANTE, are but are not limited to:

Special authorization of sensitive personal data. BC HOTELES S.A. – HOTEL ALMIRANTE informs all its owners that by virtue of Law 1581 of 2012 and Regulatory Decree 1074 of 2015 it is not obliged to grant authorization for the processing of sensitive data.

Sensitive data is understood to be data that affects the privacy of the Data Controller or whose improper use may lead to discrimination, such as data that reveal racial or ethnic origin, political orientation, religious or philosophical convictions, membership of trade unions, social or human rights organizations or that promotes the interests of any political party or that guarantee the rights and guarantees of opposition political parties, as well as data relating to the health, sex life and biometrics.

Transfer of personal data: BC HOTELES S.A. – HOTEL ALMIRANTE may transfer your personal data to third parties, affiliates or subsidiaries, and to third parties with whom they have an operational relationship that provide them with services necessary for their proper operation, or in accordance with the functions established in their responsibility in commercial legislation and regulatory rules.
